the balancer has to be pulled off no matter what. its slid onto the crank. there is a big *** bolt that holds it on. u gotta break it loose and then use the puller to get the balancer off. get on youtube and lookup timing chain replacemnet on a ram like yours, i know there is a video of it.

Still got it and the intake sitting in my garage. The intake is still on the engine but we could have it off in no time for you. Like I told you before you can just have the whole intake with the Hughes Engine repair plate. No reason to remove it and have to reinstall it on your intake since they are the same.

And like I told you before we can work something out on the funds for the stuff. PM me or email me and we can talk more.
