Default 97 ram heating issue

Im new here and figured i would see if anyone could help. I have been a mechanic for 10 years now and this is the first time i cant figure a problem out.
I just bought a 97 ram 5.2L. Iv replaced heater core, radiator, thermostat 2 times, water pump, vacume lines, heater hoses, and have made sure blend door is working properly. After all this im still only getting warm air for heat. coolant is full and have burped the system.. Can anyone give me any more suggestions on what to try.

Still have an air bubble in the heater core. They are notoriously difficult to get all the air out.

Pull both hoses off, one at the pump (return side) the other at the splice in the middle of the line by the passenger valve cover. Keep both lines above the level of the heater core, and add water till its full. Hook at all back up, trying to lose as little water as possible. See if that doesn't help.
