Take it off and use as a door stop. Totally useless.

Take it off. Not like it helps any, and it makes getting to the air filter a pain.

Does he need to reset pcm after changing O2 sensor?

The negative battery cable should be removed first, before replacing or cleaning any sensor's. This will allow the PCM to relearn the new part(s).

Yea I always take off the batter cable. Thanks for the help everyone I'll keep y'all updated

Well everyone I cleaned out the throttle body spacer and it started throwing out white smoke. My guess is a blown head gasket. Just what I needed. Anyone wanna buy a dodge with a blown gasket motors only got 30k miles
