I'm not really concerned but wondering how many other Rams run this cool, even in the summer.

Not that I know of. It's been like that since I bought it 4 years ago. I thought it could have been air bubbles in the system because of a bad water pump, but I replaced it this past Sunday and it still reads the same.

My temp gauge usually sits in that same exact spot....

I feel like a 195 t stat should run closer to the 210 mark. Halfway between 130 and 210 is 170, and it looks closer to that than to 195

You more than likely have a 180 stat in there.
