Is your speedo working? (and I am NOT referring to your bathing suit)

What brand sensor did you buy, and did you remove the negative battery cable before removing the old and installing the new one? Either way, sounds like a leaking brake line along side the gas tank to me.

SMP is usually pretty good. Doorman, on the other hand.... not so much.

Mine does the same thing. Mainly if its moist or raining out, I periodically unplug the sensor and wiggle the fittings and plug it back in and its good for another 3 or 4 months.

I really need to look into it a bit more cause its starting to drive me nuts. Nothing leaking that I can see, going to replace it soon see if that takes care of the issue.

I should have asked if you got the one with the jumper or without.

I was given what was in stock, it had a jumper/pig tail on it.

I finally took it off last week, after crawling under there for the 3rd time in two weeks. Has not coded since, and far as I can tell its just a jumper and I see no real reason for it. Only time will tell, my next step is to just replace it.
