I found the issue, Now that ive gotten into the dash the last person who owned this truck really botched crap up. Im actually surprised the car stealership didn't take a look under the dash before they sold it. It looks as if the last person was trying to wire his mod lights inside the wire by the steering wheel interrupting the circuit. He must have spliced it and pretty much just tangled the wires together didn't even crimp them or splice or solder. I went out bought new harness and works fine, replaced fuse with a bigger fuse everything works perfect now and lights are brighter now. Thanks for the help "Heyyou" next week im going to see whats botched up in the stereo cause got does it look like a mess in there. Thanks again.

Electrical can be fun..... (provided you are a bit of a masochist....) Glad ya found the problem. LOTS more wires to play with on the stereo....... I have had my truck for three and some change years now, and I STILL have not bothered to delve into the mysteries of the previous owners wiring job on the aftermarket stereo.... Quite frankly, I am afraid to look.
