yeah, a picture would have cleared up any confusion.

a simple, "it's not a seal that i was looking for" would have been good.


the info is always here, you just have to search for it.

in the parts manual that is in the sticky section of DIY, page 573, classified as pillar blackout tape (#8) in the diagram.

Goodness people, relax. They're decals and they're still available from Mopar but not cheap. Right from the 2001 parts manual, 55274888AD for the right door, 55274889AD for the other. Price is going to run ~$40 plus shipping depending on where you buy.

I tried to help the op and I got 'WRONG" in cap's from a newbie, it could have and should have been worded better as others have pointed out.

Sorry for all the confusion. I now know what it is called: Blackout strip and hopefully where to buy them. Thanks for that.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to remove the old ones?

It's just a stick on decal. Peel a corner, and start from there. Get as much as you can off, then use some variety of solvent, or eraser wheel, to get the old adhesive off.
