Ok I cycled the key and got code 36 which wasn'ti on the list but looked up and said waste gate or other solenoid shorted. Well I definitely do not have a waste gate since my trucks gas, I think it might be the IAC ill try and test it and see what happens.

For some reason it's pretty common for these OBDI trucks to throw codes for things they don't have. Maybe Microsoft had something to do with these PCMs, who knows.

SO replaced the Iac and sprayed carb cleaner and cleaned off the tb and disconnected the battery for a few minutes with the lights on to reset the pcm but when I went to start it it wouldnt unless I pressed the gas and wouldnt idle I had to keep giving it gas then after a few minutes it would idle normal maybe just a bad sensor or does it need more time to relearn?

Give it a bit more time. It should figure it out. If it doesn't, time to start looking elsewhere.
