Blown my head gasket..again?

Ya if you had the intake off and went to put it on again but didn't get the seals between the block and intake right, they could leak. Were those seals the nice rubber ones with the thin aluminum slice in the middle? I think those are the preferred seals. Also did you torque the intake bolts to the right spec?

There is a coolant passage on the front of the intake, and the four front bolts are what helps maintain the seal. If one is broken, chances are, you don't have a good seal there.
I would be tempted to reseal the intake, and make sure everything is squeaky clean before reinstalling. Use a thin layer of rtv on both sides of the gasket around the coolant passage.

Mine came in the hughes plenum kit but the ones I'm talking about are in the Mopar Performance selection or the fel pro selection just below that. Hard to tell if they have the thin slice of aluminum in them from the pics but either way they'll be better than cork gaskets as long as they aren't moved upon install. Just like our nice thick rubber/metal oil pan gaskets. Like mentioned before, don't forget the RTV in the corners where the intake sits
