Angry Blown my head gasket..again?

I changed out my head gasket seals because of frothy oil on the dip stick. Didn't look into it for a bit but recently checked the dip stick and there is yet again "frothy" oil. I can't afford to have a mechanic look at it. Also the front passenger manifold bolt was broke last installation, maybe that is the problem?

If the intake didn't get installed properly, it can allow water to leak from the intake into the oil. A cracked head can also do this, too.

I can't remember if these Dodge trucks have oil coolers built into the radiators, but if they do, check it for possible internal leaks. If it is leaking, coolant can get into the oil cooler and into the engine making it look like a chocolate milkshake. I've had this problem on several Chevrolet Express vans that I work on for fleet maintenance.

Again, this is IF the dodge trucks have oil coolers in the radiators...which I am kind of leaning on the side that they dont....but you might as well check.

Could just be condensation making some snot, my truck does it in colder weather. Draining the oil will let you know for sure.

Or, if someone left out the thermostat, that can also cause condensation in the oil..

The picture attached it front of manifold, the right side is where the missing bolt is. Where it looks like it is leaking. And what ever is happening on the left side, that hose. No oil cooler so it's not that.

What if the thermostat is bad? Stating earlier it causes condensation in the oil. What about the leak in the front of the manifold? And the what looks like coolant, coming from the hose on the left.

I don't see a missing bolt in that picture. Can you edit the photo and circle in red where you see a missing bolt and re-post?

The coolant could be leaking into the oil from the front cover and/or the intake, if its not seated/sealed properly. Also, make sure the water pump bypass hose isn't leaking, especially where the old factory clamps attach it to each nipple.

The missing bolt is the front passenger, the picture is of the front driver. Same leak/ amount of coolant or oil on other side.

Your intake is seeping into the valley and making the oil milky.
