no bus, no spark, no inj. pulse, no start
2001 ram 2500 has new programmed pcm but still no start.I have unplugged all sensors on the 5 volt reference line, checked communication wires to all modules and can not get this truck to start. When I test voltage at dlc for communication wires I get 2.5 volts on communication positive wire if I ground it to chassis but nothing if I use the negative wire at dlc. Will a bad ipc cause a no start condition on this truck?
