Chances are, you won't be able to see it. If you can, the heads are toast..... If you can manage it, send them to a machine shop to be cleaned and checked. If they are bad..... replace them. Just smile nice at your mom.

Yep, no coolant makes its way as far as the throttle body. Just vacuum lines. The original plastic fellers love to dry out, and become very brittle, to the point that giving them a hard look will cause them to disintegrate.
Probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 75 to check them out.... then it just depends on what they need.
So I finally ended up getting it all apart and back together... now my only problem is getting these two bolts tightened down that gold the manifolds to the rest of the exhaust. Any tips on getting them back together?
