Default motor stumble

My 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4 has the 5.9 liter motor. I get a stumble in the motor when and only when it is at half temp. I have to drive the truck from cold to normal temp it runs fine. I leave it for a half hour, then start it to go and I get the stumble. In drive and or in reverse. This is the only situation when it happens.
The motor has a new distributor, new coil, plugs, wires, temp sensor. I have cleaned the MAF. The fuel pressure has checked out fine also. The dealer said they pro formed a smoke test to eliminate the plenum gasket as a problem. they said it passed. The truck runs great all the time except in this situation. I was looking for any suggestions on what i might do to try to remedy the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does it just miss a bit? Hesitate when you step on the gas?

check the throttle position sensor. Sounds like it might have a dead spot.

Digital or analog meter? Digitals don't react fast enough to give an accurate test.
