I have a 2003 Dodge 4.7 with automatic transmission but the motor is blown and I have a older Dodge with the 5.2 with a 5-speed transmission and I need to get the 5.2 and to 2003.is it going to be a generally easy swap for what I need some help fellas.

 

Welcome to the forum. Please tell us what kind of Dodge you are referring and how much older the other Dodge is and also what kind of Dodge the older one is so we can move this to the appropriate section.

 

It's a 96 ram, and has a 5.7. And a 2003 4.7 ram

 

I will move this to the 2nd gen Ram section. Your 96 has either a 5.2 or a 5.9. Unless someone swapped a 5.7 into it.

 

I'm guessing you want to put the 5.2 into the 2003?

Don't think the 5.2 will bolt up to the newer transmission, but I could be wrong.

 

Nope, 5.2/5.9 won't bolt to the trans.
