Default Door won't close

My drivers side door doesn't always close. I've shot some PB Blaster in it but it still acts up. What part is sticking? Thanks guys.

Take a look at the little lever mechanism that rotates over the door frame post. You can manually move this to the position it needs to be in to latch when the door is shut, then use the door handle to "open" it back up again. It mat just be gummed up and need to be lubricated and worked back and forth a few times.

Lubricated the crap out of it, it only does it in cold weather. I'll have to take it apart and see what's wrong with it.

Looked at my replacement door today. (the one that is already on the truck.) The door is cracking around the bolts that hold the latch in place. One of the cracks is about three inches long already. That seems mighty strange to me....... I have another door yet though......

Lol, now today the temp is 18* and it's closing normally. Just was annoying with the subzero temps. I'm wondering if water is getting in it somehow and it's simply freezing.

Entirely possible, check the seals at the base of the window.

I have the same issue with the passenger rear door. I have had it in 4 times since I bought the truck 2021 Ram 1500 Limited new. The only way to close the door is to reach in and press the lock button. The dealer (Empire Dodge of West Islip NY) said they changed the door lock but again I have the same issue with the same door. Now they have my truck over night to see if it will happen to them. They saw the issue once but yesterday when I brought it in they questioned me as if I was making it up. So frustrating to have a new truck with less than 1500 miles on it and this keeps happening.
