ok so took truck out on its first dirt road since installing the drive shaft and new bearing and the bearing poped out of the rubber housing and the driveshaft was pressed up aginst the tcase, so we crawled under the truck removed the rear half of the shaft and and we got the front shaft pulled back and the bearing back in to the housing and then we mated the rear shaft to the front shaft and lined up the splines but when we we slid the shaft together it seemed to have a air pocket in the yoke so i wiped all grease off and still same thing so i jammed it together a few times and it seemed to get the air out drove truck another 25 miles on paved road then turned off the dirt road and hit first bump and bearing came back out so it seems like the shafts are binding up but there not very weird, truck has no vibration and all new u joints the air pocket in the yoke is very weird any thoughts? truck on side of road need to go fix and get home in the morning
