wont stay running when warmed up soon as you come to stop sign it dies as soon as you take foot off gas but starts right back up have changed the air flow sensor in back of throttle body lasted a week running good then started all over again

 

Did you disconnect the battery when you changed it? If not, unhook it, leave it off for five or ten minutes, then hook it back up. PCM needs to learn the new part.

Also, did you clean the bore that the IAC goes in REALLY well?

If that doesn't help, replace the throttle position sensor.
