this is the only one i can get that fits the size restrictions

Can you loosen the bolts on the nerf bars, and move them back a bit? Or, probably a 2 inch level kit would solve it.

Fender flares will not fit with those bars, you would have to cut them back to the straight part of the pipe.

I would pull the wheel spacers out, then try setting the stop/limit bolts on the knuckle so that it only turns so far (not rubbing on the control arms). It may or maynot work have to try and see.
