Default CEL codes

I got a P0100 code. It says its for a Mass or Volume air flow sensor but as far as I know we don't have MAF senors on our trucks. I also have a code for a misfire in cylinder 1....By any chance could someone help me with the first code and what it's actually for (my only thoughts are the MAP or IAC) and if the misfire could be caused by the P0100 code. 2001 Dodge Ram 5.9 1500 RWD 207k. Did a search and couldn't seem to find what I was looking for either.

As there is a separate code for MAP sensor, which we do indeed have.... I would just ignore that one for the time being, and fix the second one. Clear the codes, and see what happens.
