Ok so spark is decent off the coil when it fires but it's not consistent. Misses 2-3 cylinders per revolution. Sometimes more.

I'll second that notion. Things are definitely pointing that direction.

Ok so I pulled the ckps out and cleaned the block/mounting surface the other day. Well when putting it back in I never checked it. So last night I checked the output with a multimeter while turning it over by hand. It was only reading 2 windows out of 8. I wedged a screwdriver between it and the bellhousing and it fired right up. Tonight's project is swapping it for a dodge ckps. Then changing the badly rusted oil pan and she will finally be on the road. Just wanted to say thank you for all the help
