1999 3500 4x4 diesel steering issues

Default 1999 3500 4x4 diesel steering issues

Ok here is the problem need some help
I replaced the ball joints then all of the sudden steering is hell floats right t left having hard time trying to keep on the road.. I have also replaced the draglink, steering box intermediate shaft steering column upgrade added a aftermarket steering box sway kit and steering damper front end alignment,,, and still having the same issue >>> any help would be great

Not quite sure what you are trying to say there.... you are having a hard time keeping the truck going in a straight line? Is the steering sloppy? (lots of play before it actually influences your direction of travel?) had the steering box adjusted by any chance?
