External voltage regulator, 1 question???
Hi guys, I need quick and clean help with one question;
I am doing the external voltage regulator install on my '95 318, and the instructions I have found mention connecting to the "ignition pos of my choice".
I take it we are talking about a wire that is hot when it is keyed on, my question is then, where is the easiest place for an idiot like myself to tap in?
A picture with a big gaudy arrow pointing to a wire would be great. I have looked everywhere, and every answer just confuses me. I am trying to get this done before it turns dark and gets ridiculously cold. Simply, where?

Grab the 95 service manual from the faq section here. There are wiring diagrams there, and you can pick out the one you want. I don't think there are any really good pics to post here....
