my truck is sucking oil into the cab
It's oil, or it looks and feels just like oil. Which is why I am confused, because I wouldn't expect oil to leak into the cab of the truck.
No, the oil is still clean. (less than 500 miles has been put on the truck since we last changed the oil)

Here is where the oil is coming from.
Under the dash passenger side...

I had to reach way up inside to find this residue for this pic, the truck hasn't been driven since Monday, when my son posted I cleaned it out. You can see, not only does it look like oil, but it feels just like oil as well. So I am fairly confident when I tell you it's oil...
EDIT:Also the napkin is not stained from the leak, it was just convenient for me to place there just in case to keep the carpet from getting stained, so don't read into that.:EDIT

There is no possible way for engine oil to get into the heater/ac ducts. But as was said above, a leaking heater core is more than likely your problem. When the leaking coolant mixes with the dust and dirt that gets into the ducts it will turn brown, and coolant also has an oily feel to it.

Failing heater core.
