Default Blinker issue

I have a 98 ram 1509 5.2 my left blinker works fine but when I hit the right one it just goes solid. Already tried replacing the multi switch and it didn't do anything , any ideas ??

Checked all the bulbs on the passenger side? Do they blink and the light stay solid?

Seems like you have a bad flasher....they are located under the dash usually and resemble a large relay.

ummm not that I know of...there may be some way using a voltmeter or something but the flashers are cheap enough that I always just replace it and see what happens. If the problem is still there then i just pull it back out and return it lol. I'm fairly certain that's what your problem is though.

Round feller. Its in the fuse block on the side of the dash. (open the drivers door, its right there.)
