Default s/c support mods help

ok so here is some info on what im doing.
2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with 5.9 mag. I am putting a eaton m122 on it here in a month or so. I am using sct and have been talking with sean from hemi fever. he has recommended 42# fms injectors and walbro 255lph pump. now I havnt been able to find the fms 42# inj, but I did find some called "green giant" that are 42#. my big question is the fuel pump. anybody have any insight on what pump I can use? any that I find say they are for return fuel systems.

any info would be great.

thanks in advance.

In for a penny, in for a pound.

Re-do the fuel system so that it actually IS a return style system. You want to be ABSOLUTELY sure that everything there is working as it should for a boosted application.

Edit: And get rid of the stock kegger. That steel pan is NOT designed to tolerate boost. You will blow it out in no time flat.

I plan on getting the hughes intake for these trucks as I am currently building a 408 to put in my truck and wanted to upgrade the intake for the new engine anyway. as for the fuel sys. according to procharger, when you pay 5k for their kit, it comes with the psc1 charger( and the plumbing) and a proflow, or max flow, something like that, basically its a deal that increases the voltage to the stock fuel pump to increase pressure at the stock injectors when boost is read. and that's it. So what would be the plus side of doing a return sys vs a returnless as far as boosted apps go?

how are they boosting voltage to the fuel pump? It already gets full alternator voltage when the engine is running...... I should think that even were that possible, it would dramatically shorten the life of the fuel pump.....

Return style fuel system is constantly flowing. You have far more control over base fuel pressure, and it can even be vacuum modulated. (hence, under boost, you get higher pressure.) Since the pump is cooled by flowing fuel... you can see an added advantage there. Not to mention you won't have fuel just sitting in the rail, getting nice and toasty warm at low loads as well. Less crap accumulates in the fuel rails.... you can run a replaceable fuel filter. (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.)

here is the link to the s/c kit I was talking about.

and this is the only thing I can find on the flow charger fuel pump deal that is anything like what the guy at procharger was talking about.
said it comes with a deal that can read boost, and when it does it increases the voltage to the pump increasing flow.

so in order to run a return fuel system I would need return style fuel rail(s), the return line, and return style pump. right?
