Default 3/4 tons coil springs on 1/2 ton?

hey guys I got a 1997 dodge 1500 single cab short bed sport 4x4. I just put rancho 5000rs front shocks on my truck. the shocks are for regular ride height because I have no lift. I want to put 3/4 ton coils on the front to level the truck out but I was wondering if they would fit or would I have to get a longer shock? anyone know the specs on the shocks and coils 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton? thanks

gas springs...I heard that the extended length for these stock lift shocks might be too short for the added length of the 3/4 ton coil springs

Stock shocks will be fine. When you get over 3" lift is when you need to start worrying about other stuff.

Junk yards, any parts store, any website that sells dodge truck parts. They are stock springs, so, should be pretty easy to come by.
