Default needing some help.......

I have a 2000 3500 Ram Cummins. A brief history, rebuilt m/trans, rebuilt I/P, Fass Platinum, new map sensor. I seem to have a dead spot in the throttle around 1100 - 1450 RPM. 1st to 2nd seem ok 3rd to 4th to 5th most of the time but not always. Being warmed up or cold might have something to do with it, but not sure. No dash codes come up. I am stumped. Could the TPS need calibrating? Any Help would be appreciated.

I would test the TPS, and make sure it is working as it should.
