Hey Everyone, I just got a build sheet for my brother's 98 Ram 1500 and was looking it over and saw A05P #5 Engineering Development Zone. I'm curious to know what this means. Anyone got any ideas?

 

Think it just means a 5.2L with 4 speed auto trans.

 

Those are vehicles starting in 98 that have satellite tracking devices in them. Totally experimental back then,only select make and models. It was all done in secret, figuring people might object to being tracked. Now days it just accepted.
