Default Squeaking from behind vibration dampener

Start the truck up cold and there is no noise. Once warmed up, there is a squeaking/squealing from right behind the vib. damp.
First thought it was tension pulley. Replace that and idle pulley. Finally got under truck with stethoscope. Without a doubt, from behind the dampener.
Truck runs good and has good oil pressure. It is a squeak or squeal sound NOT a grinding bearing sound.
5.2L (crate) engine with about 100,000 to 110,00 miles.
No oil leaking but could it still be the front oil seal? At a bit of a loss. Usually only hear it at a stop while in gear and idling. Bring up the RPM even just 100 or put it in P or N, the noise goes away or subsides.
