Default transfer case 4x4 vacuum switch removal

How do I get the switch off of the transfer case that supplies vacuum to the actuator? I have tried turning it and it won't budge, I've pb blasted it and tried again, nothing. I am going to get a wrench 1 1/16" is what I read it is, but is there something I'm missing? I took a picture of it and it doesn't look like a spinning part but...maybe that's just all the rust. The vacuum isn't switching from the black line to the red line. I think the red line is to pull the collar off of the CAD, and the black is to pull it on the CAD.

Speaking like a bolt... what thread is the switch?... I might want to cut down a bolt and use it with an 'O'-ring when I pull all the vacuum stuff after installing a Posi-Lok cable.

Might not want to do that if the vent hose on the switch is for the TC, don't know if it is or not, but I suspect so.

The vent hose for the xcase is not in the Vac switch it has it's own port almost right above the Vac switch.

Edit to add photo

231 on the left shows it above the Vac switch and the 241 on the right has it in front of the Vac switch.
