Where did you get the puller from? Do they have a different one you can swap out?

I borrowed it from my dads mechanic, it's from summit, it fit his wrangler with the 4.0 but it does not fit mine

Is it the 'bolt on' style? Two or three arm? You should be able to get a couple bolts to line up.....

It is a bolt style, but there is only holes in the arms, not slots to make it adjustable

Ah. Ok, I can see how that would be a problem... Mine is slotted, two arm. Works great. Is there a parts store nearby you could get a different one from?

About 25 miles, and I have no wheels, I'm gonna walk down the road to the farmer that lives over there and see if he has anything that can be of use, if I have to run into town I'll have to have someone take me

That kinda sucks.

Can you bend some thick wire, use it as 'hooks', with the puller?

He fixed me up, I got a normal puller, the one that kind of looks like a crows foot, I got it off and everything else went we'll, except when I was putting the crank pulley back on, I broke off one of the six bolts, I'm running it for now, it seems to do fine but I'm going to get a new bolt and try to get the other one out
