Sorry to double post, but i have ONE more question lol, when I get the new hub and bearings, will I need to grease them myself? Or do they come pre greased?

They are sealed bearings, so, no need to grease.

Also, a rubber mallet won't work. I use a three-pound single-jack. (bigass hammer.) Usually, one or two good solid hits, and it pops loose.

Got it done with a little help from a good friend, once caliper was off it was easy, rotor and hub both came off with little effort, no hammer or mallet needed lol, just couldn't compress the piston while it was on the rotor.

Hub made noises when shook, also which was a little alarming is when I got ready to break the nut, there was NO tension on the bolt it was loose enough on the hub to get off with my fingers, kind of a scary thought, how long had it been that loose......

I have NO tools so it cost me $167 to rent all the needed tools from Autozone, but since I get the money back, and I used a coupon online for advance auto parts to get both my hub assembly and spindle nut for $125, getting $50 off.

I made sure to get a good hub too, it was from Moog, but on the box it was labeled as manufactured by National, federal mogul, so from what I understand I bought one of the best hub assemblies you can buy.

Anyway, in the end I saved a total of $100, and got some experience, I'm happy lol :-).

Congrats!

I really enjoy the sense of accomplishment of doing my own repairs. I also like still having money in my wallet from NOT paying for labor.
