A member here on the site. I think he/she is based in Canada.... but, (s)he is some variety of customer service Rep for Chrysler.

Maybe you'll win the "transmission lottery" and find it's still under warranty but I'd highly doubt a dealership (or anyone for that matter) is going to warranty a transmission that wasn't installed by them.

Or if they're willing do it's "we would but installer error"....
