No. idle and running at a dead stop is good. its only when actually out driven. its in the lower gear. usually does it on a rolling stop sign. (stops signs are choices!)
annnnnnd no i did not! it was like a man, wanting to screw ya and take your money!!

Have you checked fuel pressure? (while driving....)

Sorry 'bout that. One of the things I made SURE of when I worked in the field was to make sure folks understood exactly what I was doing, and why. If I thought it was a peripheral issue, and not the underlying problem, I told them that as well. Honesty works a hell of a lot better than just trying to make a buck. I had a LOT of repeat customers, and referrals.

i have not checked pressure while driving... ill try and get to that. most of it feels like a vaccine leak. what symptoms is that??

nice! i would never EVER reffer this place and ill never repeat a customer there. Id love to take these people to court and get what i can back. i mean honestly.... im an 18 year old GIRL(: who doesnt know a damn thing about trucks and have got this thing running a hell of alot better than what they had it at and ive only given this shot for 2 days and they had a month! How could they tell me that my O2 sensors are good to return my parts when in the end they say that im missing them? come on. my 4 year old nephew could find it!

Air filter box isn't that much of an issue. So long as the air your engine is getting goes thru the filter. Throttle body regulates air flow.

Vacuum leak, if it is bad enough to cause the symptoms you are seeing, would give you a wildly variable idle, and probably a check engine lite. If the plenum is good, you could try spraying around some carb cleaner, to see if engine idle changes. (if idle changes when you spray, you have a leak there.)

How many miles on the truck?

If you have a meter, wouldn't hurt to check resistance on your injectors as well.....
