Default 340 swap

I might be getting a smokin deal on a 340. Will it bolt up to my nv4500? Same block as a 360? I'm gonna be building a carbed motor either way so I known I'll have some complications with electrical stuff

I'm not sure the motor mounts will work. I thought magnum blocks had provisions for LA mounts, but LA blocks don't have provisions for magnum mounts.
