Did it fall out, or into the engine? It seems unlikely that it went into the head. If it went into the head, you better pull it and find the missing plug.
It fell down into the block I'm very sure,Any ideas ,A friend told me it would be ok what do you all think ?
The water openings in the head/block are big enough for it to fall into the block. Get one of those little magnets on a flexible shaft and see if you can fish it out.
Well id use a magnet but its a Brass Plug Darn it,I have done Major repairs for a very long time now but have just never had this happen before because I am careful ,well usually
if it didn't go far, you could try rigging a section clear hosing or vacuum hose up to a shop vac (I hear duct tape does wonders), and fish around with it to see if it will grab it. I wondering how easy it will come out, this pliers once you get ahold of it though.
I don't know where you live, its not in your profile, but I have a small camera that would fit in that drain plug hole. At least you could see (maybe) where it was.
See if you can get small mirror and locate it by looking in the hole. You can use tape if it's dry. Try bending a small hook on a piece of metal like a paper clip then see if you can "hook" it.
