Question goofy *** electrical issues

98 Ram, wipers activate when parking lights are on and horn also makes a sound, doesn't do it if I have fog lights off. Wipers also come on when left turn signal but not the right. Wipers also come on when light are on but if I turn on high beams and cycle wipers to fast then off they go off. Wipers work like they should otherwise. Replaced multifunction switch (wiper/turn signal) didn't fix it, been tearing apart dash and chasing wires looking for anything, nothing! Tired of looking at wiring diagrams trying to find a common connection, thinking it could be in fuse box itself but that doesn't make much sense. Anybody with any ideas I am open to suggestions.

Got tilt wheel? If so, check out the connector at the multifunction switch. Drop the covers off the steering column, and see if any have pulled out/melted/shorted.

If all of those wires look good that HeyYou mentioned, check for good grounds. I've seen a ton of whacky electrical problems turn up to be a grounding issue. Especially check the one right next to your battery.

Ok have an update on my search, figured out that the fog lights when they are off eliminates some of the issues. With fog lights off, only left turn signal activates wipers everything else works as it should. I have about 50% of dash apart chasing wires and have checked multifunction switch, light switch and about everywhere in between inside of cab except right at fuse box (hard to get to) and have found nothing obvious. Can anybody decipher the wiring and figure out where the fog lights and wipers/turn signal might have a common connection? Might it be where it comes out of fuse block under hood? I may just have to roll with it and only turn left when its raining.
