i have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 offroad edition with 94,000 miles..i have a check engine light i cannot get rid of..please help ...all thoughts will be appreciated...i have been reading all the threads on all the subjects but cannot find one like my problem....first this is what i have done on it..

throttle body cleaning...checked plenum no oil in intake...changed all the sensors on the throttle body except the map and mass air on the hood...changed the cat and the muffler..changed the 02 sensor before the cat...changed all the fluids from the front diff ,engine flushed, transmission, rear diff...
i am at a stand still had the obd2 connected and it gives me a bank 2 high voltage o2 sensor everytime..changed the o2 sensor three times from a bosch,denso,junkyard oem,and back to a bosch..still no luck...new spark plugs ngk cooper v groove,new dist.and rotor,new borgwarner perf.wires..,

the truck runs good shifts good gives me 13 to 14 on the highway..
it stutters once and awhile...and that check engine light is still on...please give me some help....

Is it bank 2 sensor 1 or sensor 2. 1 is upstream, 2 is downstream.
Did you have the negative cable off while replacing it?
If it was sensor 1 and you replaced it, next would be to check the wiring for shorting.

Yes I did pull the negative batt. When I replaced it. Is thier a fuse for this o2 sensor ? And I have to check the volts coming into the terminal of the o2 sensor. It back fired a little on me this morning while coming to work. But then it ran good after. It back fired when I started to go up the overpass.

Fixed the plenum? When's the last time you had a tuneup?

Plenum is clean. New wires. Spark plugs. All new sensors on tb. New o2 before cat. New cat. New muffler. New coil. Clean tb.
Check engine light came on again. Damn. It runs good on the highwY. It did not stall or sputter on me today coming to work. Shifting great. Don't know.

Isn't there a way to get the code if a light comes on? Like turn the ignition on(not start) then off, then on three times?
