That's an LA motor, it has no provisions for the crank sensor and a magnum manifold will not bolt to it.

i DO NOT think this is LA motor, correct me if im wrong but it says "small block A"

plus it says magnum motor... i just need to know if it will bolt up or if i have to find a new way to get my gauges to work and find a way to make the automatic transmission shift

The Chrysler "A" engines predate even the LA engines....... Also note, that is a flat-tappet hydraulic cam..... Not roller as in the magnums. The A engines had wedge-shaped combustion chambers..... That engine is not compatible with any of the electronics, or even the magnum engine mounts.

There seem to be very few places online to get a fairly well built Magnum MPI engine, plenty of "Magnum" engines out there, but they're all the wrong kind.

There are a few places though, precisionengines is one of them.

Jegs and ebay have them as well, but, no pricing.... usually not a good sign.

The company he got this engine from has a short block Magnum engine so he would have to get heads from some where and reuse his intake or get an M1 or Air Gap.

Before you try to order any other engine how about you post a link up here for us and ASK if it is a LA or Magnum engine BEFORE you spend anymore money.
