Default Problem in 4H

I'm having trouble getting my truck to go into 4H. It goes into 4L no problem but when I try 4H it doesn't go in. No 4x4 light on the dash and I think I hear it engage in but I'm not sure. Anyone have any input? Thanks

What's the best way to check if that's the issue?

Verify that it is a tcase problem before tearing in to anything. With the truck parked, put the t-case in 4 hi. Crawl under, and try and turn the front drive shaft, should not be able to.

Truck doesn't have to be running.

If the shaft turns, that means you have a problem internal to the t-case. If it doesn't, its simply a CAD problem. (vacuum system that locks the front axle.)

Ok so I found my problem. The 2 steel vac lines going to the t case are broken in half. Anyone know where to get new ones and are they an easy change?
