Now that I have my engine running great,I need to take it in and have the ECU re-flashed to my new tire size,,My question is,,I am having new gears put in front and rear,,going from stock 3.54 to 4.56 and I am wondering if the computer needs to know this info also,,i don't want to pay for it twice,if I don't have too,,Let me know,,Thanks ahead for any info

You have a 95, there is no "re-flashing" the PCM for you, it is OBDI, and does not have that capability.

Your speedometer should be a gear driven VSS on the output shaft of the trans or t-case. (depending on whether you are 2, or 4 wheel drive.) The gears are available from PATC, and there is a chart that will help you pick the right gear.
