when i'm at a complete stop, and my foot is on the brake i cannot turn the wheel all the way to the left. i can maybe get a turn and a half before it feels like i lost power steering, if not it turns harder than no power steering. but when i take my foot off the brake it turns fine, works fine all the other times except for when my foots on the brake. any help would be appreciated, thanks
