loose driver door
When I'm driving at about 70-75 on the highway the driver side door starts to shift, and on bumps moves even more, it sounds like there is basically no weather stripping when that happens. Has anyone had this problem and know a fix? The hinges are solid, the lock is too. When the door is closed you can grab the door by the b-pillar and move the door, that's where it sounds like the wind is rushing in too
Are the hinge bolts on the door and the body tight ?. If there is play in the door when its open or closed, then something has to be lose or worn for it to cause the problem your having.
What about the door seal ?, if there worn out you wont get a good seal and that might cause some of the problems your having.
I had to replace the door seals on my 2000 dodge ram when I got it because they were shot, and it made the doors close good and tight and no more wind noise.

Hinge bolts are tight, with the door open I lift up on the door and the whole truck moves with no play in the door, the weather stripping wouldn't cause the door to move while driving would it?

Shouldn't. Might just be the weather stripping has been compressed due to age, and the door no longer seals to it. If the door moves when it is fully closed, you could try adjusting the body-side latch inward a bit. See if that makes a difference. Also, the top of the door will bend outward over time. You can roll down the window, and simply pull on it to bring it back in some, and help it seal better.
I'm guessing that the body latch is the one in the jamb right? That would involve drilling new holes so in that case I'll just deal with it. But bending the door is a really good idea, when I get outside I'm giving that a shot
