Default No bus, power at fuel pump, relay wont click.

As the title says on my 2001 ram 1500 5.9 my dash reads no bus, have power at the fuel pump on the black/blue wire, yet the pump won't work. Definitely not the pump as I tested it. The fuel system relay under the hood doesn't click at all. What could it be? Any help is appreciated

Black/blue wire is for the gas gauge.

Dark Green/Black is power feed for the pump.

Try swapping the fuel pump relay with the horn relay. See if you get a click.
