i'd go with a dual out flow with the flow's knecked down to 2.25"... for a 4x4 anyway. with dual 2.5 out's you'll loose some low end and your gas milage will suffer.

welcome to DF...!

straights or glasspacks should be louder than a flowmaster, but with the exhaust open that much, I'll bet that gas milage will suffer. open up the intake or exhaust too much and fuel economy will suffer for sure so think it all the way thru before you mod it...

I'd put a Flowmaster on there as it has a much better tone that straight pipes or glasspacks although not be quite as loud. I have heard the 10 series is about as loud though. I like straight pipes but they are way too loud and really only sound good on muscle cars I'm not crazy about them on here plus I prefer the Flowmaster tone much more. I prefer that tone over the other brands of mufflers also.

I would go with either a 40 series or 10 series if you decide to go with the Flowmaster.

If you are looking for all sound I like the 2-chamber flowmaster on the 318... if you like the in-cab rumble get the turn down.. if you want the guy behind you to suffer get the Y- pipe set up... As far as gaining performance flowmaster isn't the way to go...

I was looking for exhaust this year went to my local muffler guru, he welded a TWISTER exhaust in with a section of pipe to take up the slack from my stock exhaust, and i kept all my bends, all for 80.00 and some change....sounds very nice, loud rumble, get on it and it wakes up the neighborhood, and i didnt see any difference in mileage or lack of performance.....just food for thought
