Alright, now I think its just F****** with me. I hooked the alternator and battery back up and it started without a problem. Got the stereo and amp hooked up and there running strong. The only thing that I can think of is that I triggered the anti-theft by removing the factory stereo and when I unhooked the battery to get it tested, it reset it. But the thing that dont make sense to me is if it was the anti-theft, them jumping it shouldn't of worked, would it!

 

You are correct, your truck is just messin' with ya..... Drive it for a couple days. If there aren't any problems, then, there aren't any problems.
