Heck yeah! Its bizarre that you would know Kunkle or North Adams, both are "Blink and miss it!" Kind of towns. Luckily for me my garage is not attached but god forbid I make a mess or move a box that doesn't have my own stuff in it. I stepped on a small yard flag and got a dirty boot print on it and almost had a fight on my hands.

I really want to get the truck back on the road, I miss driving it. I think my voltage regulator is going bad as well as the vacuum lines for the cad getting obliterated. All on top of the crazy race shifting

It should'nt matter what you have done to the valve body, adjust the TV cable according to the factory service manual.

Watch this video about 22-23 mins in it tells what procedure to use to properly adjust the TV cable.

thanks for the link to the video but, it actually tells me nothing about the TV cable adjustment, it simply states to "refer to the service manual." I'm going out tonight before the rain and trying to get it situated.

Yes it should be adjusted according to the service manual.

I got the issue resolved, the metal sleeve at the transmission end was hanging up inside the cable and not allowing enough give at the throttle body end. I pulled the entire cable last night and chamfered the end and reinstalled it. Shifts so much better now. Thanks for all the help guys
