Default Cursed front wheel hubs

Changed my front left 4x4 wheel hub assembly 3 years ago, maybe put 30k km on it during that time frame since the truck sat here and there for periods of time. The bearing inside has now grenaded itself and my question is, is there any hubs that I can get for my 99 1500 that will outlast this one? Any help or suggestions would be great as well as a good track bar replacement aswell since it's toast aswell

Spend more and get a good quality part. Make sure you torque the nut to the proper value as well, as that sets bearing pre-load, and has a MAJOR influence on bearing life.

If you need to replace it anyway...... might wanna look at some the conversion kits to use the third gen style track bar. It has bushings on both ends. No ball joint to wear out.

+1 on using the 3rd gen style track bar - I installed a 3rd gen style adjustable track bar and conversion bracket from Solid Steel and have been very happy with it - It is the last track bar I'll ever have to purchase - it can be seen here: http://solidsteel.biz/

Get MOOG brand parts for everything! Can be found on rock auto for cheaper than parts stores...

Moog makes good stuff but timken is the best bearing unit for these trucks.
