Probably. What are the motors out of, and what do the intakes look like? What year are the motors?

All 5.2s and 5.9s (gas) have the same intake (besides egr and vacuum port locations), there's no "high rise" intake. There is however an aftermarket single plane intake made by Mopar (m1 intake) or Hughes (airgap). These intakes are much better than stock in that they lack a plenum pan and gasket, which is common failure point on our trucks.

What truck are you getting the new motor out of? And is the new one a 5.2/5.9 motor?

If the motor your getting has the original kegger intake on it, the intake from your engine will work. Just replace all the needed gaskets and your good to go.

I did that type of an intake swap. I picked up a used 1998 5.9 Dakota motor and swapped it into my 1996 truck. I used the intake off the 1996 5.9 motor without issue.

If you decide to do the swap, be sure to do a few other things too:

. install a new double roller timing chain and gear set and water pump
. Replace all of the freeze plugs (1-5/8" in block and 1-1/4" in heads)
. Replace the plenum gasket on the intake
. install a new distributor cap and rotor (both with brass inserts)
. Consider dropping the oil pan and installing a new oil pump and screen

Doing these things while the motor is out of the truck makes for a more trouble-free motor after the swap.
