Default Brake controller power fuse?

Is there a fuse for the brake controller wiring? I have a Tekonsha Voyager controller that I plug in when I tow. I hooked onto my friends dump trailer to finish spring clean-up and there's no power to the plug under the dash. I found the 40 amp fuse and relay in the pdc under the hood that supply power to the brakes on the trailer, but nothing for the harness going under the dash.

Having a brain cramp here. Where do I look?

Check the manufacturers web site if it didn't come with the truck. Might be an inline fuse somewhere.

Had a chance to dig into it this morning. Power to the controller, but it won't power up. I found bigger issues out back. Salt got into the connection between the harness and the connector causing all kinds of havoc. Spent an hour wiring in a cheap plug to get by today. I'll order a better brake controller and a new harness tonight.
